- I am the director of a not for profit ministry focused on strengthening spiritual leadership in The Church and encouraging that leadership to be intimately involved in the community where God has placed them. I minister to pastors, and their lay leaders, denominational leaders, missionaries, and those in business ownership and management positions. God has used me in a variety of ways to this end. Normally my ministry is to individuals in spiritual leadership positions. I write devotionals specifically for those in positions of spiritual leadership. Occasionally I do workshops within the confines of a congregation or leadership circle. I have no template ministry. I rely on the Holy Spirit to direct the counsel I give. All I do is based on the needs of those God brings to me. The Bible is my only book of reference. All counsel is given in light of The Word of God.
